The Ferry from Genova to Barcelona. Grandi Navi Veloci, Majestic. The port of Genova
has not changed since i used the ferry back in the 80s. Genova is still as shabby
now as it was then but a nice place.

Driving through Germany Belgium and France to get the train to England all in tune
with a V10 3liter Formula 1 engine. If you dont want the sound just mute it and enjoy
the view.
Formula 1 sound effects driving in Europe. Bridge over the river Rhein.
Channel tunnel in time lapse including in the tunnel. A complete view from start
to finish unedited. Music and drumming by Heimo Wiederhofer and recorded by me. Filmed
at 1 frame per second in full HD.

From Köln to Vienna via Frankfurt in the very comfortable ICE. It took 10 hours and
never a dull moment. The train has an engine on each axel making for a better ride
(and they can get more seats in).
ICE from Köln to Wien along the Rhein
The ice flowing down the Danube backs up from the Freudenauer Haydroelectric dam
to the Reichsbrücke a distance of about 7 km. I have no idea how thick the ice is
at either end, i would not like to test it. On the day of filming it was minus 8
deg C (17.6 deg F) with a light chilling breeze from the west. It has been a lot
colder down to -20.
The two preceding weeks were the coldest on record for the last 27 years.
