VIENNESE PANCAKES
10 Pancakes
4 eggs
500ml/1 pint of milk
250ml/ 1 mug of flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
Vegetable oil or butter for frying
Mix eggs in a bowl
Add milk and mix well
Add flour bit by bit and sugar
Mix well, check consistency
Brush oil or butter onto non-stick pan
Fry one side until it stops sticking
Turn over, fry for a few seconds
Serve fresh
