While waiting at the station a locomotive pulling six others rumbled through. Each
loco weighs 150 tonnes and the platform shook like there was an earthquake. I am
sure the driver was not permitted to go any faster. it was quite a sight.

I have to confess that I’ve always been fascinated by trains whooshing past.
With my video camera I have spent hours on platforms or open fields in all weather
conditions.
